Refund Policy

Every item we sell is 100% tested prior to shipping, but in the unfortunate event that one slips through the net we are happy to refund or replace any item that is of faulty manufacture.

Fuel system components - Any item that is considered as having a 'wet' installation which means it comes into contact with your vehicle fuel system must be tested by us before we can offer any warranty replacement. Unfortunately most fuel system components fail due to contamination of the fuel, rather than faulty manufacture. 

Items which have suffered damage or excessive wear are not covered by warranty.

Items which have been subjected to excessive voltage or temperature are not covered by warranty.

Components may be returned for a 'no-fault' refund within 14 days of sale and subject to a 10% re-stocking fee to cover administration time, our payment fees and products checks. Shipping costs are not refunded. 

All returns must include your Name, Address, Email address,phone number, and if possible a copy of the original invoice.
