5 of 5 Voltage regulator bracket for right-sided mounting November 27, 2019
Reviewer: Anthony Lopez from Elephant and Castle, London United Kingdom
As many of you will know, the 848/1098/1198 models (including S and R) have been recalled to fit additional shielding for the voltage regulator/rectifier.  The recall was inadequate and Ducati are no longer interested for recurrent failures! - I'm on my third stock OEM regulator (non Shindengen Mosfet FHA020AA).

This anodised bracket is well-made, discrete and works well and the regulator barely heats up to touch in the newly ventilated and cooled location.

A very helpful guy Mick Boasman not only responded promptly to my several emails including at the weekend, but he also noticed that I had fitted the bracket upside down (yes it's possible!) where I routed the cables underneath the horizontal cam and strangely the yellow cables and female connector burnt out after just 70 miles.

I recommend requesting the yellow 35 Amp wires to match the wires emerging from the VR and run the cables above the cam (they really are long enough - just!)
